Our Suspension System Doesn't Leave You Hanging. While competitors often use a torsion axle system that can weaken over time, Fleetwood chose to use the leaf spring suspension system in Pegasus to provide greater strength and durability. To provide greater towing stability, the suspension system adjusts itself to the tow angle, and distributes road stress over a wider area of the frame.
